Preface

Brief Information about our Manufacturing Units

TAMILNADU RAJASTHAN MADHYAPRADESH ORISSA BIHAR

We are largest manufacturer of PSC Poles in the state with a daily capacity of more than 3500 Poles spread across 35 Acres Land in units all over Tamil Nadu. For ensuring proper coverage of the state and to cater the demand of KSEB, APSPDCL we have established our three manufacturing units. In order to fulfill the requirement of the TANGEDCO, KSEB and APSPDCL, we are manufacturing various sizes such as 7.5 Mtr 140 Kg, 8 Mtr 140 Kg, 8 Mtr 200 Kg, 9 Mtr 200 Kg, 9.1 Mtr 280 Kg, 9 Mtr 300 Kg and 9 Mtr 400 Kg, 9.14 RCC and 9M Sp.Sq RCC poles . We are single largest supplier of PSC poles to KSEB supplying more than 70% of the board requirement and 85% of TANGEDCO'S requirement.

The pinnacle of time arrived when our group had supplied a huge quantity of poles to Gujarat EB for the relief work during (2001) earthquake disaster,THANE cyclone disaster in Tamilnadu & Pondichery (2011), GAJA cyclone disaster in Tamil nadu(2018) & HUD-HUD cyclone in Vishakapatnam and various parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (2014). We had supplied highest number of poles, screening our services even during crisis.

We are manufacturing and supplying PSC poles from our five units located in Pali & Barmer Districts of Rajasthan. Our units are approved from AVVNL, JDVVNL and PGCIL. Our installed capacity in Rajasthan is more than 400 Poles per day.

In the year 2011, we started our first unit outside Rajasthan at Mandideep (Dist Raisen) with an installed daily capacity of 168 Poles of 8 Mtr 140 Kg and 72 Poles of 9.1 Mtr 280 Kg PSC. We are one of the largest manufacturers of PSC Poles in the state. We are supplying PSC to MPMKVVCL and also to turn key contractors in RGGVY, Feeder Separation and R-APDRP Schemes.

Our latest expansion has come in the state of Orissa with our manufacturing unit at Jharsuguda in Oct 2016. We already have an installed capacity of 222 Poles of 8 Mtr 200 KG ,126 Poles of 9 Mtr 300 Kg PSC Poles, and developed the entire land bank of 3 acres for further expansion. We have also been approved by NTPC, CSPDCL and OPTCL and have started supplying the material to their projects in Orissa and Chattisgarh.

Our Next Expansion was in East India which started from the state of Bihar in the year 2014. We started the production in record time 60 Days. We are the largest manufacturer in the state with an installed capacity of more than 1370 Poles per day including all sizes like 8 Mtr 200 Kg, 8.5 Mtr 180 Kg and 9 Mtr 400 Kg. We have strategically established our three units in the state in such a way that we cater to North and South Bihar, Uttar Pradesh with ease. Our units are approved in all the schemes i.e. RGGVY, BRGF, RAPDRP and State Plan.

Our units are situated in such a way that we are also catering to the demands of Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. To meet the demand of other states we have already been approved by Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (JBVNL) and Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (PuVVNL).
